Sapa Teepee not only provides air conditioner and power socket but also includes private bathroom. 

"Sapa" means "unique" in the Quechuan language. Sapa Teepee with traditional hand-painted teepee outward, comfortable sleep environment, and spacious private bathroom.

1. Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to participate in the program. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before participating.
2. Participants should clearly understand the content and nature of the activity, be aware of the physical exertion required for the activity, and be sure that they are physically fit to participate in the activity. All participants should pay attention to their own health conditions and determine whether they are fit to participate in the activity. If you feel unwell during the activity, please stop the activity immediately and seek help from on-site staff.
3. Participants are advised to take their own sun protection measures, such as applying sunscreen, wearing a hat, and staying hydrated.
4. Participants are advised to take personal anti-mosquito precautions according to their own needs.
5. Saiyuen reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is unfit to participate in this activity if it is known or suspected that the participant is unfit to participate in this activity.

Adverse Weather

Saiyuen’s Easter Egg-Stravaganza 2026, scheduled for March 28, 2026, will be cancelled if a Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or above, or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, is hoisted at or after 4:00 PM on March 27, 2026 (the day before the event).

• In the event of inclement weather or any of the above warnings during the event, Saiyuen reserves the right to change or cancel the event in progress. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
• Participants are advised to call or visit the Hong Kong Observatory on the morning of the event to check the weather conditions. (Tel: 1878200)
