House Rules

Please well prepare your own camping equipment
Each tent (including flysheet if applicable) is limited to no more than 4 x 4 Sq meter area
You may use gas stove for cooking outside your tent, Charcoal fire or firewood is strictly prohibited
Camping area is assigned by Saiyuen staff
If you choose "Lay back BYOT (Bring Your Own Tent) Zone (2 people)", you could set up one tent and serve no more than 2 campers, all camping equipment occupies no more than 16 sq meters
If you choose "Lay back BYOT (Bring Your Own Tent) Zone (4 people)", you could set up one tent and serve no more than 4 campers, all camping equipment occupies no more than 20 sq meters

Terms & Conditions

Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" can enjoy unlimited wild camping experience at Saiyuen during its operating hours on Park admission days in 365 days upon purchase of the Pass, excluding block-out dates and Park closures. The Pass expiration date is based on the calendar instead of the business days of the park. The expiration date is printed on the membership. Saiyuen may change the Park admission days or operating opening hours, close the Park or suspend the operation of any activities or close any attraction at any time, without prior notice, for repairs, maintenance, inclement weather or another reason. As a condition of sale, any request for a partial or full refund for the Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" purchased by visitors will not be considered by Saiyuen as a result of such activities suspensions, attraction closures, changes in Park admission days, opening hours or Park closure. Upon arrival, Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" holders will be required to present their Identity Card for verification purposes upon admission; otherwise, Saiyuen can refuse entry to the Park. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Saiyuen will be final.
The Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" is not valid for charter events, wedding banquets, evening charters, and other paid activities and facilities in Saiyuen.
The Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" is non-transferable. Saiyuen reserves the right to check the Holder’s Identity Card for verification purposes, as well as the right to nullify the Pass if this rule is violated.
Payment for the Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" is non-refundable. Saiyuen reserves the right to terminate the validity of the Pass at any time, and in this case may provide the Holder with a full or partial refund of the actual amount paid for the Pass.
Guests must comply with Saiyuen's rules and regulations.
Each stay of the Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" is limited to a maximum of seven days, and the interval between two stays cannot be less than three days.
The Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" can only make one reservation at the same time. The reservation needs to be completed for the next reservation.
The number of people staying/ tent set up cannot exceed the number of purchased Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365". For any excess of amount, the difference could be made up
The reservation of the Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" is subject to the latest arrangement, a limited quota and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Advance reservation is required. Please refer to our official website or social media for the latest arrangement.

- Weekdays: Limited to 100% of the rental allotment

- Weekends: Limited to 50% of the rental allotment

- Special dates: Limited to 30% of the rental allotment

The reservation of the Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" must be made at least two days in advance. Cancellation also required two days advanced notice. Cancellation without prior notice will be regarded as No-Show, three No-Shows will lead to termination without further notice and refund.
Saiyuen BYOT Annual Pass "BYOT 365" cannot be purchased in conjunction with other special offers.
