| * No refunds will be made for withdrawal or absence from the event once registration is confirmed. Exceptions will be made under special circumstances. Saiyuen reserves the right to make a final decision. |
| * When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or Amber Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all activities will proceed as scheduled. In case of unstable weather conditions, outdoor activities will be rescheduled to covered venues. |
| * If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, or announces the imminent issuance of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, all activities will be cancelled and will not be refunded. |
| * The program is for reference only. If the weather changes, the program will be adjusted to ensure the safety of participants and instructors, and to preserve the program experience. |
| * Participants are required to follow the instructor's instructions, camp rules and regulations of the camp. Instructors have the right to terminate the participants for any non-compliance or inappropriate behavior to ensure the experience of other participants. |
| * Please note that the camp is located in the rural outdoors and is subject to insects. Participants are advised to take personal anti-mosquito measures as necessary. |
