Sai Yuen Management will refuse a child to enter Saiyuen if the child is not accompanied by a person who has attained
16 years of age and holding a General Ticket.

For the comfort of yourself and other guests, a shirt/top and shoes must be worn at all times while in Saiyuen. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Sai Yuen Management reserves the right to exclude visitors who wear clothing that is deemed unacceptable. Examples of these include: clothing displaying offensive messages and/or language, clothing made with offensive material, clothing that is excessively torn, and clothing that exposes inappropriate portions of the body such as bikini. Depending on the venue and event, variations and exceptions may be made by Sai Yuen Management.

For the comfort of all Guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products
that produce a vapor is allowed only in designated smoking areas. 
Please refer to Saiyuen’s guide for designated smoking locations.

Some attractions have specific restrictions of entry. Parents and guardians are
responsible for the safe custody or care of their children while in Saiyuen. They should consider the age, height, maturity, strength, weight, or other attributes of people under their care when choosing a particular activity.

Limited free bicycle parking space available (except for tricycle). Bicycle rental shop could be found along the way to Saiyuen.

All persons, bags, parcels and other items may be subject to security checks at the point of admission to Saiyuen and at such other locations inside Saiyuen as considered appropriate. Sai Yuen Management reserves the right to refuse any bag, parcel, or other items to be brought into Saiyuen.

  • Dangerous, hazardous or any illegal substance.
  • Any setting-up materials of chemical or flammable nature.
  • Recreational devices with wheels, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels and tricycles. (except strollers, wheelchairs and bicycle with parking pass).
  • Pets – No person shall cause or suffer any dog or other pet animal belonging to him, or in his charge, to enter or remain in Saiyuen (except a guide dog for the blind).
  • Weapons of any kind, or objects that may give the appearance or impression of being weapons or toy guns.
  • Glass containers (excluding baby food jars and perfume containers).
  • The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
  • The distribution or posting of printed materials of any kind in Saiyuen without written permission of Sai Yuen Management.
  • Carving or graffiti.
  • Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches and other unauthorized public gatherings.
  • The display of any flag, banner or other emblem.
  • Photography, videotaping, recording of any kind except for personal use.
  • Willfully or negligently throw, discharge, or shoot any missile, gun, air-gun, bow and arrow, catapult, or other device.
  • Flying of kites and model aircraft or other devices.
  • Feeding any animals in Saiyuen, including goats (except using feeds provided by Saiyuen) and birds.
  • Private bonfire, candle, incense, fireworks and open flame.
  • Erect any post, rail, fence, pole, tent, booth, stand, building or other structure, or bring or allow remaining any materials for such a building or structure, without prior approval from Sai Yuen Management.
  • Any unauthorized tent and camp out without the permission of the Farm Management.
  • Holding any event organized for the purpose of raising funds, whether for charity or otherwise without the authority granted by Sai Yuen Management.
  • Gamble.
  • Any illegal, immoral or improper conduct.

For the guests who wish to arrange their own activities schedule, notification has to be made to Saiyuen and seek prior approval. 
Some of Saiyuen areas and facilities have been assigned for specific use purposes and relevant notice or signs have also been set up in a conspicuous position. For the purpose of any activity specified in the notice, which, by reason of the rules or requirements, as well as to prevent damage, danger or discomfort for other users, Sai Yuen Management reserves the right in assigning relevant areas or facilities for the exclusive use of authorized users.

  • Serving time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • The food includes Dim Sum (one pack), cereals, bread, boiled egg, beverages (coffee, beverage sachets, milk, orange juice, etc.)

 

Sunday: All-Day Breakfast / Children's Meal "@The Cove..."

  • Serving time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • All-Day Breakfast - $108 per person
  • Children's Meal - $88 per person

No, admission fee has included for the maximum number of pax that the tent can accommodate.

Guests can select either method below to get to Saiyuen :

Cheung Chau can be accessed by ferries from the Central Piers on Hong Kong Island
Directions from the Cheung Chau piers to Saiyuen:

 

  • On foot    Make a right turn towards the Municipal Services Building, walk along the coastal Sai Tai Road (approx. 20 minutes) to Tsan Tuen Road, then walk up the hill until you reach the red entrance gate at Peak Road.
     
  • Bicycle    Saiyuen provides bicycle parking for a fee. Space is limited; tricycles and canopied surries are not permitted. Bicycle rental shops can be found along the way to Saiyuen.
     
  • Kaito    To take the Kaito boat to the southern (Sai Wan) pier, upon disembarking from the ferry, look for an inland pier with white canopy roof on the right side of Cheung Chau Pier and ask for Kaito service to Sai Wan. Kaito boats drop off at Sai Wan pier. Turn left onto Tsan Tuen Road and walk up the hill until you reach the red entrance gate at Peak Road.
