Our team of Chinese and English-speaking facilitators is available to run and deliver team-building activities anywhere on Cheung Chau. We offer customized team-building programs and also standardized team-building activities.

Clash the Tribe
As you’ll find with all of our favorite team-building activities, Clash the Tribe is a hit because it inspires teams to work together toward a common goal. In this case, achieving that goal also means you get to fling stuff through the air. We provide all necessary building materials, along with the tribal chief facilitation TeamBonding is known for.
This challenge is designed to combine mental agility with collaboration, hands-on construction, and problem-solving. While the teepee themselves are always the central feature, the overall framing can be adapted to suit your specific objectives.
Rush
Saiyuen is fun, In the 2 hours challenge, a high-energy activity that will allow your team to bond and get to know each other while completing the tasks and exploring the sights of Saiyuen. Rush team building activity takes participants to some of the most historical, unique, and amazing parts of Saiyuen. At the beginning of the race, your group will be divided up into sub-teams that will compete against each other. Each team will be given instructions and maps. As safety is our primary concern, the team will also be briefed on safety protocols and measures. Once the teams are ready, they will set off to complete the different challenges across Saiyuen. As participants navigate their way across the island and complete the challenges set, they will have to record all their adventures and achievements on the camera. Coaches will be there as support.
