Make a night of it at Saiyuen: Tucked away from much of the urban light, Saiyuen offers a more natural setting for stargazing. Core memories are made here: craft your own bamboo lantern, then gather around the fire for a hands-on wild cooking workshop inspired by the warmth and flavours of winter. After dinner falls, we'll switch off the lights in the viewing area and settle in (weather permitting) for a night of skywatching.

    Handcraft your very own ambient bamboo light art. From pattern drafting and drilling to final sanding, experience a complete 100% hands-on DIY journey. Light up a warm, soothing glow to decorate your home or gift as a one-of-a-kind keepsake to someone special.

  • The Art of Winter: Wild Cooking Workshop

    Overcome the limits of outdoor cooking under the guidance of our culinary master. Turn basic outdoor gear and fresh ingredients into Michelin-grade delicacies, and gather around the campfire with family and friends to savour a piping-hot winter feast.

  • Geminid Meteor Shower Stargazing Night

    Far removed from urban light pollution, Saiyuen offers expansive open night skies, making it the ultimate venue for stargazing. Lie back on the lawn, watch shooting stars streak across the sky, and make your winter wishes come true.
