Come explore Saiyuen's beautiful Mandala and Hong Kong's largest outdoor aquaponics pond with your kids. Under the guidance of our instructors, parents and children will team up as the ultimate partners—working hand-in-hand to prepare a delicious, healthy Farm-to-Table Parent-Child Lunch while enjoying the purest healing power of green nature!

On top of unlocking fun farming missions together, the itinerary is packed with four specially designed parent-child eco-workshops that make learning incredibly fun for both adults and kids:
- Fresh Herb Sauce Workshop — Parents and kids will harvest fresh herbs side-by-side in the garden, mashing and mixing them with seasonings to prepare for your hearty lunch.
- Charcoal-Grilled Salted Fish — Visit our aquaponics pond (an AFCD-accredited premium fish farm) and experience the joy of a bountiful harvest! Both generations will team up to cook this delicacy using traditional, primitive charcoal grilling methods.
- Eco-Pottery & Planting Workshop — Unleash your imagination! Use eco-friendly materials to decorate a cute flowerpot together, and take a vibrant young vegetable seedling back home to continue your planting journey.
- Nature Print Eco-Bag — Collect fallen wood blocks and leaves around the campsite. Under our instructor's guidance, capture their natural textures to print a unique, personalized eco-friendly tote bag exclusive to your family.

| * No refunds will be made for withdrawal or absence from the event once registration is confirmed. Exceptions will be made under special circumstances. Saiyuen reserves the right to make a final decision. |
| * When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or Amber Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all activities will proceed as scheduled. In case of unstable weather conditions, outdoor activities will be rescheduled to covered venues. |
| * If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, or announces the imminent issuance of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, all activities will be cancelled and will not be refunded. |
