 Event Capacity

The "Grassland Off-Road Race" is a highlight event of the Saiyuen Kid's Fun Run Fest. Along the over 400-meter race track, there are various obstacles for participants to challenge. All kids who complete the race will receive a finisher medal as an encouragement!

When purchasing your event tickets, please select the appropriate time slot for the Off-Road Race (12:00 PM to 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM). During the remaining time (11:00 AM to 6:00 PM), you can freely explore or participate in the various free and paid booths and activities.

Terms and Conditions:

Registration

1. Participants must carefully read the following items. By submitting the registration application, the participant confirms and agrees to accept all the rules, terms and arrangements of the activity.
2. Once the participant's registration application is accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded. The organizer will issue a confirmation within 2 working days after receiving the application. If you do not receive the confirmation email as scheduled, please contact the organizer. 3. Repeated registration for the same activity timeslot will be treated as a single registration. Additional registration fees will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other activities.
4. Children aged 3 or below can enter for free, and staff have the right to verify the age of the attendees.
5. Unregistered friends or relatives and the general public are not allowed to enter Saiyuen
6. The activity goodie bag will be distributed on-site on the day of the event.
7. Participants need to bring the printed confirmation email or show the relevant confirmation email to collect the activity goodie bag and materials.

8. If the number of registrations is insufficient two weeks before the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel any application, and the registration fee will be refunded to the applicant.

9. Saiyuen has the final interpretation right of the above terms.

Health and Safety Tips

1. Participants must ensure that their physical condition is suitable for participating in the activity. If in doubt, please consult a doctor first.
2. Participants must clearly understand the content and nature of the activity, and know that it requires physical exertion. Participants should confirm that their health condition is suitable for this activity. The organizer recommends that all participants pay attention to their personal physical condition and whether it is suitable to participate during the activity. If you feel unwell during the activity, please stop immediately and seek assistance from the on-site staff.
3. Participants should take sun protection measures themselves, such as bringing sunscreen, wearing hats, and replenishing body fluids.
4. Participants should take personal anti-mosquito measures as needed. The campsite is located in the countryside, which is an environment for insect growth, so please be aware of this.
5. Saiyuen reserves the right to cancel the qualification of any participant who is deemed unsuitable to participate in this activity upon becoming aware of or suspecting the situation.
6. Saiyuen has purchased Public Liability Insurance for this activity, and also recommends that participants take out their own personal accident insurance.

Inclemen Weather

If the Red Rainstorm or higher warning signal, or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher is hoisted from 4pm on the day before the event (November 29, 2024) to November 30, 2024, the "Saiyuen Kid's Fun Run Fest" on November 30, 2024 will be cancelled.

• If any of the above warnings are hoisted before the event and the event is cancelled as a result, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• If the weather becomes inclement or the above warnings are hoisted during the event, the organizer has the right to change or cancel the ongoing activities. The registration fee will not be refunded.
• The organizer recommends that participants call the Hong Kong Observatory or visit their website in the morning of the event to check the weather conditions. (Hotline: 1878200)

Other Information

1. Participants' personal belongings can be stored in the baggage storage area provided by the organizer. Do not bring valuable items, as the organizer will not be responsible or compensate for any damage or loss. By using this arrangement, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. If you need to inquire or request assistance from the organizer during the event, please contact the information counter and speak to the staff.
3. All gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The organizer reserves the right to modify and interpret the above rules.
