*The $48 daytime admission ticket is waived for all participants.

Full-Day Itinerary at a Glance

The day is split into two halves, packed with educational and interactive segments:

Part 1: History & Legends Expedition

  • Starting Point: Saiyuen (or starting from Sai Wan Pier)
  • Expedition Route:
    • Pass through the symbolic [Bie You Dong Tian  (A Cave of Wonders) Archway]
    • Venture deep into the mysterious [Cheung Po Tsai Cave] to experience the legendary pirate’s hiding place
    • Visit the [Tin Hau Temple], the sacred guardian of local fishermen
    • (Return to Saiyuen via the same route. During the trek, an interactive game and discussion on Leave No Trace (LNT) will be integrated, letting both adults and kids learn eco-friendly nature conservation concepts in a relaxed atmosphere.)

Part 2: Bizarre Rocks & Ecological Wonders

  • Expedition Route:
    • Stroll along the tranquil [Pak Tso Wan]
    • Marvel at Cheung Chau’s famous geological landmark, the [Reclining Rocks]
    • Enjoy the scenic ocean views at [Po Yue Wan]
    • Search for the historic [Saiyuen Boundary Stone]
    • Visit the [Aquaponics Bridge], showcasing modern ecological wisdom

Notes & Terms:
Attire: Participants must wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe sneakers.
Weather Policy:
  • Activities proceed as scheduled during Standby Signal No. 1 or Yellow Rainstorm Warning. Outdoor activities may move to covered areas if weather is unstable.
  • All activities will be cancelled (no refunds) if Signal No. 3 or above, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or pre-announced.
Refunds: Once registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for withdrawals or absences.
Safety: Participants must follow the instructions of coaches and camp rules. Instructors reserve the right to terminate the participation of anyone exhibiting improper behavior. It is the participant’s responsibility to notify staff of any health-related conditions. 
Transportation: Children can be dropped off and picked up from Central Pier meeting point. Participants must cover their own ferry fare.
Environment: The campsite is located in a rural area; please take personal precautions against mosquitoes and insects.
Flexibility: Saiyuen reserves the right to adjust activity schedules or food menus based on site conditions or weather without prior notice.
