| * Refund Policy: Once registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals or absences. |
| * Mild Weather Policy: Activities will proceed as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 1 or the Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force. In the event of unstable weather, outdoor activities may be moved to a covered area. |
| * Severe Weather Policy: If the Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher is issued (or if a pre-No. 8 Special Announcement is made), all activities will be cancelled without refund. |
| * Itinerary Adjustments: The program itinerary is for reference only. Saiyuen reserves the right to adjust activities based on weather conditions to ensure the safety of participants and instructors, as well as the quality of the experience. |
| * Code of Conduct: Participants must follow the instructor's directions as well as all camp and site regulations. In the event of non-compliance or misconduct, the instructor reserves the right to terminate the participant's involvement to safeguard the experience of others. |
